Legacy designs - The email builds hadn't been updated for 6+ years.
Phase 1 - Wireframed a system that uses interchangeable modules giving the Marketing team the ability to pick and choose what's needed. This gave the ability for other teams to easily cross-promote on emails without having to request or create one from scratch for themselves.
Phase 2 - Build out PSD templates and onboard teams on how to use module system.

Phase 3 - Built out individual module PSDs and set up an easily-accessible file system for the Creative team. I also created a style guide to ensure cross-team quality and consistency.
WELCOME SERIES
I worked directly with an artist to create custom illustrations for the triggered welcome campaign. The series goes out to new subscribers and hadn’t seen an update in over 3 years.
